Winfried is a seasoned travel industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience. During his career, he worked for well known brands such as Schenker, Thomas Cook, and American Express. During the past 20 years, he was General Manager for various markets in Central Europe, and  he was a member of the European Board of American Express, setting the strategy for Business Travel in Europe.

Winfried has profound knowledge of the entire European market with focus on Germany, Switzerland Eastern Europe, and Russia where he maintains an ever growing network of valuable contacts in all parts of the corporate travel industry. In Russia and Eastern Europe he was one of the early developers of the business travel industry.
