Chief Commercial Officer

Maureen is an experienced Global Travel Management Executive. Most recently she served as the Chief Commercial and Chief Operating officer with CTM in North America. Additionally, she served as the CEO of CTM during the height of COVID, and led the company through those challenging times. She is known for her energy, global travel management knowledge, straight talking, and pursuit of innovation. Over the course of her career, Maureen held several other executive positions with other TMC’s, including BCD Travel, Ovation Travel, and World Travel Inc. Her global experience includes 10 years of working and living outside the United States, including Latin America, Europe, North America, and Asia. She has led teams of sales, marketing, operations, global solutions, and account management. Year after year, she’s exceeded corporate and customer goals. Professionally, she loves mentoring and creating value for customers. Maureen has been recognized by GBTA-WINiT as one of the Top 50 women in Travel in both 2020 and 2024. Additionally, Maureen serves on the advisory board of the West Virginia University's John Chambers School of Business and Economics, and is a Red Cross Volunteer. Maureen is fluent in Spanish and mathematics.
