From BTE Redline News:

Lufthansa Group is standardizing a type of seat on short- and medium-haul routes on new Airbus A320 aircraft, with the first of the planes to be delivered in 2019. Described as being more comfortable, the seats will allow passengers to recline at 20 degrees, rather than the standard 12 degrees, including during takeoff and landing. Also, the literature pocket has been horizontally designed, leaving a slimmer backrest that, according to the carrier, will provide more “personal freedom.” This is the first time the network airlines of Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian Airlines are jointly introducing standardized seats. Looking ahead, the aircraft will be configured and standardized so that they can be converted and transferred among the airlines in a short time.
